Music is inherently free. When music
is not free, it ceases to be strictly artistic expression and becomes a product
to be distributed. It is compromised to make money. Sexuality and hipe are
used to sell what is clearly devoid of originality. The public is robbed of
real music as ugly musicians with no budget, like ourselves, are obscured.
Piracy is committed on the open seas, not on your computer. The criminalization
of sharing files with others is an arcane stifling of our culture by those
in charge of businesses that refuse to change with the times and are able
to wield their influence over our money-driven politicians. If something is
legally acquired, the purchaser should be free to do as he pleases with it.
We do not advocate breaking the law, even if the law is a blatant violation
of our rights, but we do hold out an alternative. Support artists who offer
free downloads, as the music is more important than the money to us. Also,
support open source software.
End the tyranny against creativity. We will do our part by always offering
all our downloads for free, and you will always be entitled to copy and distribute
